A team that prioritises transparency, developer-led initiatives and short iterations. We hire for judgement and we get out of the way afterwards.

Remote-firstThere is no headquarters to be absent from. Everything that matters is written down where the whole team can read it.
Async by defaultMeetings are the exception. Proposals, reviews and decisions happen in documents so they survive the timezone you are in.
Small teams, whole problemsOne or two people own a surface from the first sketch through the docs and the on-call rotation.
Say what existsWe label planned work as planned, on the site and in the product. Shipping the narrow, honest version this week beats the complete version next quarter.
