A plan per workspace

Your team's workspace will sit on one plan. There is no per-product meter to switch on, because the products marked planned on this site do not exist yet.

Usage-based limits

Limits will follow the shape of what the control plane actually does for you: environments, provider connections, catalog size and usage events.

Your provider bills your customers

Checkout, portal and cancellation run on your own Stripe or Paddle account. Paycux never takes a cut of your customers' payments and never holds funds.

Frequently asked questions

Can I use Paycux today?

Yes, in private beta. You can create a workspace, connect a Stripe or Paddle account, define a catalog with plans and entitlements, and send usage events. A paid workspace plan begins only after you choose a plan and complete Paddle Checkout.

Are the launch prices published?

Yes. The monthly and annual USD prices on this page are the Paycux launch prices. Taxes are calculated at checkout, and no charge starts until you complete Paddle Checkout.

What will pricing be based on?

A workspace plan with usage-based limits — environments, provider connections, catalog size and usage events. It is not based on your customers' revenue, and Paycux does not take a percentage of payments made through your provider.

Does Paycux charge my customers?

No. Paycux uses your customer-owned Stripe or Paddle account for checkout, portal and cancellation. Your provider charges your customers under your agreement with them. Paycux does not process payments, hold funds, or act as merchant of record.

What is the difference between test and live?

Each provider connection is created in one mode — test or live for Stripe, sandbox or live for Paddle — and the API key prefix must match. Environments are how you keep them apart; every environment has its own Keycloak realm and its own connections.

What about SSO, Directory Provisioning and the other products listed on this site?

They are planned and not sold today. Their pages carry a notice saying so, and any pricing shown there is indicative only. Nothing on this page applies to them.
