Illustrative example
Kestrel Analytics is a composite example, not a named customer. The situation and the way it was solved are drawn from what teams actually bring to us; the company itself is invented. Real customer stories are published only with the customer’s permission and their own name on them.
The situation
Every large customer arrived with a spreadsheet of users. Someone imported it by hand, and every leaver was a support ticket that took days to reach the right person.
What they did
Directory Provisioning connects to whatever the customer runs — Okta, Entra ID, Workday — and delivers create, update and deactivate as events with a single shape.
What changed
Deprovisioning is now the same day as the HR system, not the same quarter. Nobody imports a CSV.
Evaluate the intended workflow
This composite story explores a roadmap outcome. Compare it with the implemented product boundary and current release evidence before planning an integration.
