Vestra Labs is a composite example, not a named customer. The situation and the way it was solved are drawn from what teams actually bring to us; the company itself is invented. Real customer stories are published only with the customer’s permission and their own name on them.
The situation
The security review arrived with a list nobody had scoped: SAML, SCIM, an audit trail and role separation. The roadmap had none of it.
What they did
SSO went in first because it was the blocker. Directory Provisioning followed once the contract was signed, using the same organization records.
What changed
The deal closed on the original date. The same connection now serves four more customers who asked for the same thing.
